New, sealed phones

Sealed new phones come with the manufacturer's warranty, which you claim through the brand's authorised service centres.

Unboxed phones

Unboxed phones may have part of the manufacturer's warranty remaining. Where we know it, the condition report on the listing shows it. Ask us on WhatsApp to confirm before you buy.

Pre-owned phones

Every pre-owned phone is checked in store before it is listed, and the listing shows its grade and battery health. Please inspect the phone in store or on a video call before you pay.
