What is the difference between unboxed, pre-owned and refurbished iPhones?
- Unboxed means the box was opened but the phone is unused or barely used. Pre-owned means it was used before; we grade it A or B and show its battery health. Refurbished means it was repaired or had parts replaced before resale, and we only use that word when such work was done.
What is an unboxed iPhone?
- An unboxed iPhone is a phone whose box has been opened but which is unused or barely used. It costs less than a sealed new phone while being in near-new condition. Each unboxed listing shows the battery health reading, what comes in the box and whether a bill is available.
Are your new iPhones sealed?
- Yes. Phones listed as Sealed New are brand new and still sealed in the original box, and the manufacturer's warranty is claimed through the brand's authorised service centres. If you prefer to save money, our unboxed iPhones are a near-new alternative at a lower price.
