Open box and box-pack iPhones explained
An unboxed, or open box, iPhone is the simplest way to get a current model for less. The box has been opened, often for a demo or a change of mind, but the phone itself is in near-new condition. Locally many people call these box-pack phones.
Every unboxed iPhone on this page lists its battery health, the accessories in the box and whether a bill is available. Where we show an MRP, it is the price the phone sells for sealed new, so you can see the real saving rather than a made-up discount.
Before you buy any unboxed iPhone, ask three things: the battery health reading, which should be at or very close to 100%; the activation date, if the phone was switched on; and whether a bill comes with it. We put all three on the listing or confirm them on WhatsApp.
Unboxed stock is limited and changes every week. Tap Chat on WhatsApp on any listing; the message is already filled in with that phone's details. You can also visit the shop on Sultanwind Road to see it first.
How we check every phone
- Battery health read from Settings and written on the listing
- Face ID or Touch ID, cameras, speakers and microphones tested
- Screen, touch and True Tone checked; marks noted honestly
- IMEI checked against the box or bill where available
- Find My iPhone and iCloud signed out before sale
- Charging and buttons tested

Questions and answers
What is an unboxed iPhone?
- An unboxed iPhone is a phone whose box has been opened but which is unused or barely used. It costs less than a sealed new phone while being in near-new condition. Each unboxed listing shows the battery health reading, what comes in the box and whether a bill is available.
How much does an unboxed iPhone cost in Amritsar?
- Our unboxed iPhones in stock today cost ₹62,900 to ₹1,39,900, depending on model and storage. That is usually less than the same phone sealed new. Each listing shows its own price and box contents, and stock is limited, so confirm on WhatsApp before you visit.
What is the difference between unboxed, pre-owned and refurbished iPhones?
- Unboxed means the box was opened but the phone is unused or barely used. Pre-owned means it was used before; we grade it A or B and show its battery health. Refurbished means it was repaired or had parts replaced before resale, and we only use that word when such work was done.
Do you give a bill and warranty with used iPhones?
- Each pre-owned listing shows whether a bill is available for that exact phone, along with any warranty we know of. Ask us on WhatsApp before you buy and we will confirm the bill and warranty details for the phone you choose, so there are no surprises at the counter.
Can I see the phone before I buy it?
- Yes. Visit our shop on Sultanwind Road to hold the phone and check it yourself, or ask on WhatsApp and we will show you the exact unit on a video call. Every listing shows the real condition, grade and battery health of that phone, not a generic photo.

- You can buy new, unboxed and second hand iPhones at Harsh Apple Store, Sultanwind Rd, Ram Singh Colony, Kotatma Ram, Amritsar Cantt.. Every phone in stock is listed on this website with its price and condition, so you can check it and confirm availability on WhatsApp before you visit.
